TMS won by a score of 26-14 in a game dominated by the eighth graders. The seventh graders also won in thrilling fashion by coming from behind in the fourth quarter to grab a victory. The evening was also highlighted by the cheer routine at halftime. These young ladies showed just how talented they are with their outstanding routine.

  • 5:20 Defining Love: Periods 1,2,3

Students were asked to come up with their own definitions of love. The final activity in the unit was to write a five-paragraph essay which focused on defining love through example, negation, and function. I don't own the rights to the songs in this, but I added some endnotes. I hate using that canned YouTube music. Thanks to some oldies but goodies: Softcell's "Tainted Love" and Tom Petty's "I Need to Know."
